School Trips

We will take various day trips through the year.

Students will be responsible for their entry fees & spending money.

For the year 2020-21, plans thus far include:

- the salt flats of Texas

- the Audubon Center

- Cedar Ridge Preserve

Each year, we will take at least one longer adventure trip with the students.

Students work throughout the year to earn money to pay their way. They can organize fundraisers together or individually or save their income from any job they have, but our hope is that each student will take responsibility for his or her own trip fees.

For 2020-21, plans for our "Ancient World Odyssey" include:

- the life-size replica of the Parthenon in Nashville, TN.

& the art it houses

- the life-size replica of Noah's Ark in Williamstown, KY

- Washington DC, its classical architecture, the Smithsonian Museums, & visits to other adolescent Montessori programs

Trip fee deposits are due the weekend after Thanksgiving.
